Santiago Bonivento is a Colombian lawyer, author, professor and speaker focused on youth leadership, education and purpose. He received the International Young Leaders Award for Puente Joven, a social‑impact initiative that links young talent with real opportunities through education and hands‑on experience.
Santiago teaches law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and CESA, where he is part of a new generation of faculty modernizing legal and business education.
He also writes for Revista C‑Level, Asuntos Legales and La República on leadership, ethics, education, compliance and the challenges facing today’s organizations.
He published his first book "Diario de un Líder: las enseñanzas desde el deporte" in 2025 and issued his podcast "Voces del Clan" in Spotify and Youtube.
